The Swamp Rabbit Trail boasts a 28-mile walking and biking greenway in Greenville, SC, that opened in 2009.
The Swamp Rabbit Trail, originally a $2.7 million project, generated some $6.7 million in tourist revenue in its third year, drawing more than 500,000 users, with cyclists accounting for an estimated 80% of those. ~ Greenville County
Last August, Boyd Cycling launched a crowdfunding campaign on Vicinity, a platform on a mission to support thriving local economies. Both companies are based in Greenville.
